A note stating that there shall be curbside service for the APCs for both refuse and recycling materials and that the APCs shall be stored from public view was placed on the cover sheet of the Development Package. The alignment, width and turning radius of the streets proposed within the subdivision do not present any obstacles for refuse vehicle maneuverability when accessing the APCs.

ES approves the third submittal of the Development Package for the proposed residential subdivision at The Bridges Block 1 from a solid waste storage and collection standpoint.
