This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 2-06.4.9.B - Sheet 2 the lot size listed within the building footprint is not correct. 2-06.4.9.L - In your revision letter you talk about the wall along the east side of the property belonging to the adjacent neighbor. As the wall is on the Popeyes property some type of easement/agreement will need to be recorded to address maintenance, access for maintenance, etc. 2-06.4.9.R - Provide a detail for the revised ramp shown along the north side of the property. The detail should demonstrate that the following requirements are met ICC A117.1-2009 Sections 405 & 505 specifically 405.2, 405.3, 405.5, 4.05.6, 405.7, 405.8, 505.2, 505.3, 504.4, 505.5, 505.6 & 505.10. 2-06.4.9.R - Sheet 3 you call out "HANDRAIL (16 LF) PER PC/COT SD 204". PC/COT Standard detail 204 is for scuppers.
