A Technical Standard Modification Request (TSMR) will need to be process and approved prior to approval of the development package revision. If the TSMR is approved provide the case number adjacent to the title block on all sheets of the development package. Also a general note must be provided stating provide the type of application, a statement that the project meets the criteria/conditions of the additional application or overlay, the case number, date of approval, what was approved, and the conditions of approval, if any. 2. Standard, Accessible and Bicycle Parking detail sheet 4, clearly demonstrate that a minimum 4'-0" sidewalk is maintained north of the required 2' x 6' bicycle parking space.
