Broadway Boulevard in Tucson. The waste generation calculations and the proposed size and number of refuse and recycling containers are correct and appropriate for this site. The ramp area on the sidewalk along Jackson Street is acceptable for the location to roll the waste containers to the pick-up area. The statement about the owner rolling the waste containers to the pick up area and immediately rolling them back inside the building after servicing was included in the Development Package. Based on this review, the Development Package for the Westerner project is approved by ES from a solid waste management standpoint.
