The Design Professional is recommending approval the currently submitted revised renderings (1275 Marist Midrise - 20170207 Perspective Views - four pages). 1. Exterior NW Corner; upper level at entry corner - fenestration increased from approved design. Positive revision, add to approved design package. 2. Exterior SW Corner perspective varies from approved design package. However, the change, which occurs along the south elevation top story is a positive enhancement. Please add the perspective to the approved design package. 3. Exterior SE Corner - no significant changes, added enhances acceptable. 4. Exterior NE Corner view - no significant changes from approved design package. Added fenestration etc. enhances design. |
