Both easements must be recorded and the recordation information must be listed on the DP plan sheet prior to final approval of the DP.

RE: Design Professional Elevation review comments for Marist College IID-15-10

The following review comments are provided with regard to the elevation changes made on the Approved Design Package submitted to PDSD on October 2016. The Design Professional is recommending approval the currently submitted revised renderings (1275 Marist Midrise - 20170207 Perspective Views - four pages).

1. Exterior NW Corner; upper level at entry corner - fenestration increased from approved design. Positive revision, add to approved design package.

2. Exterior SW Corner perspective varies from approved design package. However, the change, which occurs along the south elevation top story is a positive enhancement. Please add the perspective to the approved design package.

3. Exterior SE Corner - no significant changes, added enhances acceptable.

4. Exterior NE Corner view - no significant changes from approved design package. Added fenestration etc. enhances design.
