Follow up to previous comment 2: Zoning has reviewed and approved the as-built plans for DP15-0037. After comparing for consistency, the as-built plans for DP15-0037 and the as-built plans for DP15-012 it was found that sheets C3.10 and C3.30 do not match the as built conditions noted on the DP15-0037. The number and locations of the bollards grading plan were not consistent with the development plan. The number and location of the tables for the outside seating area on the grading plan was not consistent with the development plan. Revise sheets C3.10 and C3.30 accordingly. Assure that all changes on the grading plan sheets are consistent with the corresponding development plan sheets. Previous Comment 2: Zoning will review the as-built grading plans on the next submittal and compare them to the revised DP for consistency. If the revised DP and the as-built grading plan are consistent zoning will approved the as-built conditions.
