COMMENTS:

01. Zoning has reviewed the grading plan and compared to the tentative plat as it pertains to the zoning review purview. While zoning finds that the grading plan is consistent with the TP zoning cannot approve the GP at this time.

02. Zoning has identified several burrows with the grading limits that potentially will have to be relocated. Has an initial site inspection of the site been completed by the Registered Biologist and if so what were the findings. Any documents related to the Tortoise burrows shall be provided with the next submittal.

03. It is my understanding that there was a study done after 2006 somewhere around the year 2009. Provide any documents for that study with the next submittal. Include sheets 20 and 21 of the DP13-0169 with the next submittal. If in fact there is an newer study provide any documentation and survey sheets of the burrows.
