A hold will be put on the certificate of occupancy for building permit T15cm06053 until the easements have been accepted by COT Real Estate and recorded. COMMENT: As encroachments, balcony and canopy, in to the right-of-way are proposed, some type of easement or agreement is required. Contact COT Transportation Real Estate to secure the required easement/agreement. The easement/agreement must be in place prior to approval of the development package.
