ACTIVITY NUMBER: DP15-0062 SUMMARY: The resubmittal of the Development Package that includes the revised Site/Grading/SWPPP Grocers development at Rio Verde Village, that is located in an area currently also under re-platting review, was received and reviewed by Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division. Planning and Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of this Development Package for grading review, (as well as floodplain use permit T15OT00985 and building permit T15CM05249). The following conditions apply to permit DP15-0062: 1) See Temporary Construction Easement and Private Drainage and Maintenance Easements for this project. All offsite and onsite work shall be as-built and shown on a Final Revised Grading Plan that will need to be submitted under DP16-0062 prior to final grading inspection. 2) There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved grading limits. Any grading outside of the grading limits requires separate grading permit or a submittal, review, and approval for separate permits. 3) Disturbance of the bottom of the wash shall be limited to a designated area set at Pre-con meeting. Disturbance outside of the limits shall be subject to Notice of Violation or Stop Work Order. 4) Temporary SWPP controls shall be placed at base of southeast slope and shall be maintained during construction until slope and retaining wall system are completed. 5) Call for SWPPP inspection and Grading Pre-construction meeting. For a PDSD Engineering Inspections, call IVR (791-3111), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Planning & Development Services Department, or contact PDSD Engineering at 837-4888. 6) With as-built submittal, provide certification statements from EOR for project and geotechnical engineer for southeast slope/retaining wall system, prior to approval of final grading. 7) Permitee shall notify PDSD when grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all erosion control measures, have been completed in accordance with approved grading plan and grading permit, and all conditions of permit are completed.
