Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. (Engineering takes the lead for reviewing grading plans.)

2. In addition, we could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved development plan for Zoning Review. (There is only one sheet of the fourteen sheets, and there is no access to the set online at this time.) Please submit one copy of the approved and stamped Development Plan, Landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Provide the Development Package numbers for this grading plan and the related Development Package. Basic development package format and information shall be required: See comments by the engineering review section.

4. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

Identification and Descriptive Data

All improvements and site information, such as adjacent rights-of-way and property lines, shown on the grading plan will be identical in size and location to those shown on the base plan (site plan or tentative plat). Should amendments be required to the base plan through the review process, the same amendments will be made to the grading plans which will then be resubmitted along with the base plan.

The grading plan will contain the following (if applicable) identification in the lower right corner of each sheet:

Rezoning case;

Subdivision case;

Board of Adjustment case;

Design Development Option case;

Development Review Board (DRB) case; and/or,
Any other relevant case number for reviews or modifications that affect the site.

Ensure that all Zoning and Engineering comments and concerns are addressed.
