Meeting with engineering consultant occurred on 28AUG15. Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of this Tentative Plat with the remaining minor comments to be addressed. BASE PLAN / MASTER COVER SHEETS/ GENERAL NOTES: 1) Admin Man Sec.2-06.3: Assure sheet numbering is complete; sheet 10 (Tucson Water Plan sheet) should match sheet numbering system; add "sheet 10 of 21" to lower right of sheet. SOILS/GEOTECHNICAL REPORT COMMENT: 3) Tech Man Secs.4-04.2.3.1.6.A.4.d, 4-03.2.2, 2-01, 4-03.III.3.5.1.3.a: Provide an original sealed copy of the soils addenda pertaining to the email regarding soils recommendations for setback from drainage areas. It is acknowledge there is a double enclosure called out for both Lots 3 and 4 in the waste stream calculations and the enclosure for Lot 3 is shown on the Sheet 3. However the access to the enclosure on Lot 3 is inadequate and does not allow the collection vehicle to approach in line with the enclosure per TSM 8-01.5.3.H. Locate the enclosure per Figure 5 in TSM Section 8 for 30 and 45 degree orientations off a PAAL. Show the Lot 4 enclosure on Sheet 3 and call out that it is per the same detail as the enclosure on Lot 3. On both enclosures, show the 14 ft. x 40 ft. clear areas (28 ft. x 40 ft. for a double enclosure) in front of the enclosure per TSM 8-01.5.3.C. 2. Since the refuse and recycling for Lot 2 is to be placed into the containers on Lot 1, provide a covenant stating the owners of Lot 1 will allow the refuse and recycling on Lot 2 to be placed in their containers. This will need to be recorded with language included so that the covenant will run with the land for both lots. 3. Identify the location of the container for recycling for Lot 1 on Sheet 3.
