a. The reference to detail 4B/C3 is not acceptable. This is a COT DOT 207 detail that is for right of way accessible code compliance only. It is not to be used on private projects. The governing accessible code for this project is as stated on sheet T1, "the 2012 IBC, Chapter 11 and the 2009 ICC A117.1.
b. For the most easterly ramp provide flared sides as per the 2009 ICC A117.1, Section 406 with flared side at a maximum sope of 1:10.
c. For the most Westerly ramp either provide flared sides at a 1:10 slope mximum or delete the flared side and provide a return curb on both sides.
