Should amendments be required to the base plan through the review process, the same amendments will be made to the landscape plan which will then be resubmitted along with the base plan. Review comments: UDC 7.6.4. LANDSCAPE STANDARDS Screening for individual land uses and zones must be provided as determined in Table 7.6.4-1 and in addition to the required landscape borders. A 5' wall is required to screen vehicle use area from adjacent residential zoned property. Identify screening height and type on the landscape plan. Include with submittal DDO case number on the lower right hand corner of landscape plan. Include decision letter date of approval and any conditions imposed. |
