Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS) Section 1. 2-06.4.9.H.5 Sheet C2 south end near the billboard there is a keynote 45 the calls out for "STABILIZED AGGREGATE BASE FOR LOADING ZONE ACCESS". This surfacing does not meet the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6.I. 2. 2-06.4.9.X - The Design Development Option (DDO) will need to be approved prior to approval of the development package revision. 3. Sheet C2 there is a keynote 29 shown at the south end of the access to the billboard. Keynote 29 has been deleted from the keynotes. 4. Sheet C2 there is a keynote 46 shown just north of the billboard, see orange high light, that points to know where. 5. Sheet C2 there is a keynote 44 shown south of entrance off of Rita Road, see orange high light, that points to know where. 6. The last approved plan shows a revision 2. Clarify why revision 2 has been removed from this set of plans.
