| 05/12/2016 | AHINES2 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approved | The City of Tucson - Environmental Services Department (ES) has completed our review of the third Development Plan submittal for the Box Yard property located at 238 N. 4th Avenue in Tucson. ES requested several modifications to the Development Plan in our review of the second Development Plan submittal. All of the requested modifications were made in the third submittal with one technicality. ES requested that the center column in the enclosure be removed to allow for easier ingress and egress of the waste containers. The center column in the enclosure was removed on the plan view of the enclosure on Drawing Nos. 2 of 6 and 3 of 6. However, the center column is shown on the detail drawing of the enclosure on Drawing No. 4 of 6. This appears to be an oversight and we understand that the center column was intended to have been removed. Based on this review, ES approves the proposed waste management activities for the Yard Box property as specified on the third Development Plan submittal.
