The intent is just to give some architectural interest to the front of the building. I ask the Architect to send me some details from the Building Plans. Plans attached for reference (the overhangs are shown at the right side of Section B). I also added a couple of reference dimensions to Sheet 2. The overhangs are about 4’-7’ out from the building over a 10’ wide sidewalk. 2. Bike Parking: We have plenty of space in this area. I added a few more dimensions to Sheet 2 to help clarify. In the tightest dimension, we have is 11.8’ depth by 12.6’. Can you take a look at the revised Sheet 2, PDF attached? If it looks good to you, I will have the prints dropped off for signature.
