There are a few items that will need to be addressed: 1) The new parking along the west side of the proposed will buildings will need a tree or two to meet the trees requirements for parking spaces. 2) The sidewalk east of these parking spaces is dimensioned at 4 feet wide but key note 6 indicates is will be 5 feet wide. Please ensure that the proposed widths are consistent. 3) The row of parking spaces north of the proposed building and the southern most row of parking will both need an additional tree since there are additional parking spaces in these rows. They will likely need to be some where on the western side of the rows to ensure that there is a tree within 40 feet of each space. 4) The verbiage about the future sidewalk and curb locations has been struck and we are not sure why. This is required information so we think the verbiage needs to stay. 5) Please clarify the sidewalk connection to Grant Road. Please add sufficient dimensions to show that the sidewalk is a minimum of 4 foot clear. The proposed sign location may be problematic. 6) Finally, the hatching that is used for the vehicle use areas on the site landscape plans is very dark. I don't think it will cope well. Is it possible to remove the hatching or lighten it? Drop of the revised drawings when you have a chance.
