Address the zoning comments and re-submit for review. 01. Include 2 copies of the last approved site plan for the Iron Horse Park with the next DP submittal. Bubble the area of construction on the last approved site sheets as reference as it relates to the location within the park. 02. Zoning cannot approve any construction of the basketball court or fencing in the 10th Street right of way. Either a TRE, redefining the parcel to include the basketball court and fencing on site, approval by TDOT to allow any construction in the right of way or Waiver by the city manager or all of the above will be required prior to zoning approval. 03. Three parking spaces are required for the proposed half basketball court. Demonstrate on the site plan where the parking spaces are going to be provided. Parking on the street does not count towards compliance with the onsite parking requirements. Demonstrate compliance with the vehicular use design criteria.
