The site utility plan shall indicate the locations of future site utilities but all construction notes for the on-site utilities shall be removed from the drawing. The construction of on-site utilities serving a building shall be done as part of a building permit.
2. Coordinate the civil and plumbing plans with respect to the water service for the new kitchen. The civil plan (C3) shows a 1" service pipe connecting to an existing 3" water meter to serve the kitchen as compared to the plumbing plans which call for a new 1" meter, a 1-1/4" RPBP, and a 1-1/4" service pipe.
3. Revise the site drawing to include the following existing utility information:
a. The location of fire hydrants.
b. The location and size of sanitary and storm sewers, including the pipe diameter and the invert and rim elevations of all manholes and cleanouts; along with the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD) reference number.
c. The proposed point of connection to the existing public sewer.

b. Provide a stair section showing all dimensions, risers, treads, concrete, foundation and reinforcing as there are none shown on the architectural nor structural plans.
4. Provide a note to the effect that all slopes of the accessible route are to comply with the 2009 ICC A117.1, Section 403.3, 5% maximum running slope and 2% maximum cross slope.
5. Provide a directional arrow for the ramps and a slope percentage.
