SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed/revised Development Plan Package. Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the Development Plan Package at this time. This review falls under the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administration Manual (AM) and Technical Standards Manual (TSM). Refer to the following link for further clarification:

SITE PLAN:

1) Engineering conditionally approves the revised site plan. Final approval of the development plan package is based on submittal of a revised grading plan, SWPPP and Drainage Report. The site plan sheets were reviewed for site compliance only and were not reviewed for construction details or drainage layout. Prior to final approval or construction the applicant must submit a full set of plans and supplemental information for review and approval.
2) Verify if a new MDR or DRB review is required due to the changes in number of units, configuration, and elevations.
