Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the Development Plan Package at this time. This review falls under the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administration Manual (AM) and Technical Standards Manual (TSM). Refer to the following link for further clarification: http://www.amlegal.com/nxt/gateway.dll/Arizona/tucson_az_udc/administrativemanual?f=templates$fn=default.htm$3.0$vid=amlegal:tucson_udc_az The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN: 1) AM Sec.2-06.3.6: Revise the development plan package to provide a blank three-inch by five-inch block in the lower right corner of the plan adjacent to the title block on the first sheet of the development package for use by Pima County Addressing. 2) AM Sec.2-06.4.2.B: Revise the development plan package and title block on all plan sheets to include the legal description of the existing subdivision with recordation information. 3) AM Sec.2-06.4.3: The relevant Development Plan Package case number (DP14-0033) may be added to the lower right hand corner of the plan on all sheets. 4) AM Sec.2-06.4.4.A: Revise the development plan package and project location map to show the subject property approximately centered within the one square mile area. 5) AM Sec.2-06.4.4.C: Revise the development plan package and project location map to label correct scale and have it cover approximately one square mile. Standard scale is 3"=1 mile for a location map. 6) AM Sec.2-06.4.4.C: Revise the development plan package and project location map to label the Section, Township and Range along with the Section Corners. 7) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.A.6: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to read per the referenced section for the overlay(s) applicable to the site, specifically state that "the project is designed to meet the overlay zone criteria for Sec.5.4, Major Streets and Routes (MS&R) Setback Zone. 8) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.B.1: Revise the development plan package to include a Drainage Note per the referenced section; "The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall." 9) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.B.3: Revise the development plan package to include a Drainage Note per the referenced section; "Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other than as shown on this development plan." 10) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.B.2.a: Revise the development plan package to include the flowing note per the referenced section; "This project is affected by the City of Tucson Floodplain Regulations." 11) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.B.2.b: Revise the development plan package to include the flowing note per the referenced section; "A Floodplain Use Permit is required for the revised 100-year floodplain limits." 12) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.C.2: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to read per the referenced section; "No structure or vegetation shall be located or maintained so as to interfere with the sight visibility triangles in accordance with Section 10-01.5.0, Sight Visibility, of the Technical Standards Manual." 13) AM Sec.2-06.4.7.D: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to read per the referenced section; "Any relocation or modification of existing utilities and/or public improvements necessitated by the proposed development will be at no expense to the public." 14) AM Sec.2-06.4.8.C: Revise the development plan package to dimension on both the site plan and grading plan sheets the existing width of the public right-of-ways for all adjacent roadways. Provide right-of-way (ROW) width, type and dimensioned width of paving, curbs, curb cuts, and sidewalks. Label on both the site plan and grading plan as all roadways as "Public" and Nogales Highway as "Arterial MS&R also." 15) AM Sec.2-06.4.8.I: Revise the development plan package to include the floodplain information, including the location of the proposed 100-year floodplain limits with the 100 year water surface elevation in plan view. Sheet 9 showed the existing 100-year floodplain limits however with the construction of the wall the new limits must be depicted. 16) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.H.1:Revise the development plan package to label and dimension the proposed driveway setbacks from the adjacent driveways and/or MS&R street intersection along with any existing street lights, fire hydrants, electrical pole, etc per Chapter 25 of the Tucson Code Sec.25-38. 17) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.H.1: Revise the development plan package to label the required vertical curbing for the proposed curb returns within the right-of-way for the driveway entrance. Provide a Keynote or detail for the required vertical curbing to meet the minimum requirements of PC/COT Standard Details for Public Improvements. 18) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.H.1: Revise the development plan package and provide a Keynote for the existing driveway that is to be closed off. Clearly label the curbing and sidewalk dimensions along with a reference to the Standard Detail for Public Improvements to match existing for construction purposes. Existing curb cuts that are no longer used must be closed off per Tucson Code Chapter 25 Sec.25-43. 19) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.J: Revise the development plan package to label and dimension the future right-of way dimensions for the MS&R Street (Nogales Highway) adjacent to the project. Provide dimensions for future right-of-way, sidewalk area, SVTs, etc. Verify that required improvements are not constructed within this area. 20) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to provide a Grading Note to include the reference to the Geotechnical Report prepared for this project. Provide the date, job number, engineer who prepared the report, etc. 21) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to label and dimension the minimum 2-foot setback in plan view and on the associated detail for the drainage swales at the property boundaries. Verify on the plan and cross sections the minimum 2-foot setback from the top of slope to the property line for grading purposes. 22) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to state; "Call for a Pre-construction meeting prior to start of earthwork. To schedule a PDSD Pre-construction meeting, SWPPP inspection or general Engineering Inspections, call IVR (740-6970), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Planning Development Services Department, or contact PDSD Engineering at 791-5550 extension 2101, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 23) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to state; "Approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction." 24) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to provide a grading/drainage note specifying conformance with City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual Sec.2-01 (excavation and grading requirements). 25) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.M: Revise the development plan package to provide a General Note to state; "All proposed fencing and walls will require a separate permit for review and approval by all necessary Planning Development Services Departments." 26) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.N.6: Provide a Floodplain Use Permit application with fees at the next submittal for the proposed work within the existing 100-year floodplain limits. The DP Package can not be approved until a floodplain use permit is submitted and approved for the relocation of the 100-year floodplain limits and the proposed block wall and fill. 27) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.R: Refer to comments from Ron Brown, RA Structural Plans Examiner for all handicap accessibility comments that may be associated with this project. 28) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.S: Revise the development plan package to provide for the required 5-foot sidewalk within the right of way of Elvado Road. Since the roadway has existing curbing a sidewalk is required per TSM Sec.10-01.3.3.A. 29) AM Sec.2-06.4.9.T: Revise the development plan package to provide for centralized onsite solid waste and recycle collection service pick up per TSM Sec.8-01.5.1.A. Provide specific details on the development plan document for construction purposes. The details must match TSM Sec.8-01. Or provide approval from ES if refuse service is not required within the proposed treatment facility. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised Development Plan Package that addresses the comments provided above. SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS) Section 2-06.1.0 GENERAL 2-06.2.0 APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS 2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 2-06.4.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 2-06.5.0 FLEXIBLE LOT DEVELOPMENT (FLD) - ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 2-06.1.0 GENERAL 2-06.1.1 PURPOSE This standard has been prepared for the purpose of informing applicants of the submittal and review requirements for development package documents to assure proper and adequate information is presented in a consistent manner, thereby providing the basis for an efficient and timely review. The development package documents are prepared in support of applications for building permits and related reviews. The information that is requested establishes the basis upon which the project will be approved and could affect what is required of the property in the future, should there be a proposal for expansion or for a different use of the property. This standard does not waive any applicable city regulations or codes. 2-06.1.2 APPICABILITY This standard shall be used for all site plans and tentative plats submitted to PDSD for review. 2-06.2.1 APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Development Package applications are available from PDSD. Completed applications and accompanying materials shall be submitted to PDSD. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be accepted, nor will any application in which the pre-application conference or neighborhood meeting requirements have not been met. The types of documents and the specific number of copies required of each of the documents are on the PDSD website or may be obtained from PDSD. Resubmittals of development packages require a comment response letter that details how all previous comments have been addressed. Provide the same number of copies of the comment response letter as plans provided. The following documents and information shall be submitted upon application: 2-06.2.1 Application Form A completed application signed by the property owner or authorized designee; 2-06.2.2 Development Package A development package must be prepared to the format and content requirements described herein; 2-06.2.3 Related Reviews In addition to the plan process, a project may require review for other types of plans and documents. The applications for those processes are submitted to the appropriate department for review and approval. These related reviews can be applied for so that review can occur concurrently with the development package application. However, it must be understood that, should the related application be approved subject to conditions or denied, this may affect the; 2-06.2.4 Concurrent Reviews The development package is designed to allow for concurrent review of any site related reviews. Concurrent review means that all plans and documents needed for the review are submitted as one package. Examples of site related reviews include but are not limited to: site plans, landscape plans, NPPO plans, water harvesting plans, grading plans, SWPPP plans, floodplain use permits, and overlay reviews. Separate applications are often required for the different site related reviews even if the plans are submitted concurrently; and, 2-06.2.5 Fees Fees in accordance with Section 4-01.0.0, Development Review Fee Schedule. 2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 2-06.3.1 - Each sheet shall measure 24 inches by 36 inches and include a minimum one inch margin on left side and one-half inch margin on all other sides to facilitate efficient record keeping. A larger sheet format may be used with the approval of the Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD). 2-06.3.2 - All mapped data shall be drawn at an engineering scale having no more than 50 feet to the inch. This scale is the minimum accepted to assure the plan will be legible during review and when digitized and/or reduced for record-keeping purposes. The same scale shall be used for all sheets within the set. Smaller scales (60:1 or greater) may be used for some or all of the sheets with the prior approval of PDSD when it is determined legibility and the ability to be digitized and/or reduced for archiving will not be affected. 2-06.3.3 - All lettering and text (upper or lower case), and numbering, shall be a minimum of three-thirty-seconds inches in height to assure the plan will be legible during review and when digitized and/or reduced for archiving. 2-06.3.5 - A three-inch by five-inch space shall be reserved in the lower right quadrant of each sheet for an approval stamp. 1) COMMENT: Provide the PDSD approval stamp on all sheets in the lower right quadrant. (Go to http://pdsd.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/development-permits: The Development Package Stamp is in the middle of the page.) 2-06.3.6 - Provide a blank three-inch by five-inch block in the lower right corner of the plan adjacent to the title block on the first sheet of the development package for use by Pima County Addressing. 2) COMMENT: Provide the addressing block, in the lower-right corner of the cover sheet. 2-06.3.7 - A small, project-location map shall be provided in the upper right corner of the cover sheet. 3) COMMENT: Place the projection map in the upper right corner of the cover sheet. 2-06.3.8 - The north arrow, contour interval, and scale as applicable to each sheet should be placed together in the upper right corner of each sheet. 4) COMMENT: Place the north arrow and applicable scale for each sheet in the upper right corner. 2-06.3.9 - The plan drawing shall be oriented with north toward the top of the sheet. If it is not practical to orient north to the top of the sheet, the plan drawing shall be oriented with north to the left side of the sheet. 5) COMMENT: The plans shall be oriented with the north to the top of the sheet, or the north shall be oriented to the left. 2-06.3.12 - An index of sheets in the development package shall be provided on the first sheet. 6) COMMENT: Provide the sheet index on the cover sheet. 2-06.4.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 2-06.4.1 - The name, mailing and email addresses, and phone number of the primary property owner of the site, the developer of the project, registrant(s), and other person(s), firm(s), or organization(s) that prepared the development package documents shall be provided on the right half of the cover sheet. The applicable registration or license number shall be provided if prepared by or with the assistance of a registered professional, such as a surveyor, architect, landscape architect, or engineer. All sealing shall be consistent with Arizona Board of Technical Registration guidelines. 7) COMMENT: Provide all the information for all of the above on the cover sheet. 2-06.4.2 - The title block shall include the following information and be provided on each sheet: 2-06.4.2.B - A brief legal description and a statement as to whether the project is a resubdivision are to be provided. On resubdivisions, provide the recording information of the existing subdivision plat; 8) COMMENT: Place a brief legal description within the title block. 2-06.4.3 - The administrative street address and relevant case numbers (development package document, subdivision, rezoning, board of adjustment, DDO, MDR, DSMR, overlay, etc.) shall be provided adjacent to the title block on each sheet. 9) COMMENT: Provide the address within the title block. 2-06.4.4 - The project-location map to be located on the first sheet of the development package in the upper right corner, shall cover approximately one square mile, be drawn at a minimum scale of three inch equals one mile, and provide the following information. 10) COMMENT: Provide the location map as described above (2-06.4.4) in the upper-right corner of the cover sheet. 2-06.4.2.A - Show the subject property approximately centered within the one square mile area; 11) COMMENT: Place the subject property near the center of the projection map as described above (2-06.4.2.A). 2-06.4.2.B - Identify major streets and regional watercourses within the square mile area and all streets that abut the subject property; and, 12) COMMENT: Provide, and identify, the major streets (South Nogales Highway & East Los Reales Road) and watercourses within the projection map. 2-06.4.2.C - Section, township, and range; section corners; north arrow; and the scale will be labeled. 13) COMMENT: Also provide the Section, township, and range information as described above (2-06.4.2.C). 2-06.4.7 - General Notes The following general notes are required. Additional notes specific to each plan are required where applicable. 2-06.4.7.A - Zoning and Land Use Notes 14) COMMENT: Create a General or Zoning Notes section on the site plan sheet (Sheet 8) with the following information. Some of this information is provided on Sheet 8, just place that information under the Zoning or General Notes on that sheet. 2-06.4.7.A.1 - List as a general note: "Existing zoning is ____." 15) COMMENT: Place the previous zoning note in the general notes (2-064.7.A.1). 2-06.4.7.A.2 - List the gross area of the site/subdivision by square footage and acreage. 16) COMMENT: provide the square footage and acreage in the general notes ((2-06.7.A.2). 2-06.4.7.A.4 - Identify the existing and proposed use of the property as classified per the UDC. List all UDC sections applicable to the proposed uses. 17) COMMENT: Identify the existing use and the proposed use. The proposed use is Distribution System under the Utilities Use Group (UDC Table 4.8-4: Permitted Uses). The C-2 zone is subject to the Use Specific Standards in the Utilities Use Group, Distribution Systems (UDC Section 4.9.11.A.1, .5 and .9). State the Use Specific Standards with the use. 2-06.4.7.A.6 - If a plan or plat is prepared in conjunction with other applications or overlays or the parcel being developed is subject to conditions of an application processed previously, additional information must be added to the plan. Such applications and overlays include, but are not limited to: annexations; rezonings; special exceptions; Board of Adjustment variances; Design Development Options; Technical Standard Modification Request; overlays (Airport Environs Zone, Environmental Resource Zone, Gateway Corridor Zone, Hillside Development Zone, Historic Preservation Zone, Major Streets and Routes, Rio Nuevo District, Scenic Corridor Zone, WASH); Modification of Development Regulations through the Downtown Area Infill Incentive District or Rio Nuevo District; Downtown Heritage Incentive Zone; or, Design Review Board. Provide the following information on the plan. 18) COMMENT: This site is located in the Airport Hazard District for TIA (UDC Section 5.6.11). Demonstrate that the buildings and any structures shall be in compliance with the height limitations for the district. The height limitations are to be correlated with the mean sea level of northwest and southwest runways (UDC Section 5.6.11.A.1.a and .e). 2-06.4.7.A.8 - For development package documents provide: 2-06.4.7.A.8.a - Floor area for each building; 19) COMMENT: Place Note 17 on Sheet 8 under the Zoning Notes. 2-06.4.7.A.8.b - Percentage and area in square feet of building and accessory building coverage; 20) COMMENT: Place Note 17 on Sheet 8 under the Zoning Notes. 2-06.4.7.A.8.d - When the proposed site is part of a larger site, the calculations encompass the entire site, whether existing or proposed. If the project is being phased, calculations must show that, at each phase, requirements are being met. 21) COMMENT: If the project is to be done in phases, you may provide all the calculations for each phase on the site plan. 2-06.4.7.B - Drainage Notes List the following notes as appropriate: 2-06.4.7.B.1 - List the following notes on all plans/plats: "The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall." 22) COMMENT: Provide the previous note (2-06.4.7.B.1) in the General Notes on the cover sheet. 2-06.4.7.D - Utilities Note All development package documents are to include the following note: "Any relocation or modification of existing utilities and/or public improvements necessitated by the proposed development will be at no expense to the public." 23) COMMENT: Provide the previous note (2-06.4.7.D) under General or Zoning Notes. 2-06.4.7.E - Wastewater Management Notes List the following notes as appropriate. 2-06.4.7.E.1 - If public sewers are proposed, the following notes will appear on the plan/plat, as applicable. 24) COMMENT: See comments by Pima County Wastewater Management. 2-06.4.7.E.1.a - The following notes will be placed on all plans/plats. 2-06.4.8 - Existing Site Conditions The following information shall be provided on the plan/plat drawing to indicate the existing conditions on site and within 50 feet of the site. On sites bounded by a street with a width of 50 feet or greater, the existing conditions across the street will be provided. 25) COMMENT: Provide the curb and sidewalk locations with dimensions for Elvado Road on the site plan. Provide, with dimensions, the existing and future right-of-way and the existing and future curb location for South Nogales Highway 2-06.4.8.B - All easements shall be drawn on the plan. The recordation information, location, width, and purpose of all easements on site will be stated. Blanket easements should be listed in the notes, together with recordation data and their proposed status. Should an easement not be in use and be proposed for vacation or have been abandoned, so indicate. However, should the easement be in conflict with any proposed building location, vacation of the easement shall occur prior to approval of plan unless written permission from easement holder(s) is provided. 26) COMMENT: Provide all the existing easement information, as described above (2-06.4.8.B) on the site plan. 2-06.4.8.C - The following information regarding existing private or public right-of-way adjacent to or within the site shall be provided: the name, right-of-way width, recordation data, type and dimensioned width of paving, curbs, curb cuts, and sidewalks. 27) COMMENT: Provide the additional information, as described above (2-06.4.8.C), for both Elvado Road and South Nogales Highway. 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. 2-06.4.9.G - If the project is to be phased, provide calculations, setbacks, etc., to indicate that each phase complies with all requirements as a separate entity. Show phase lines on the drawing. Show and label any temporary improvements that may be needed to make the site function for each phase as one entity. If such temporary improvements are off the site of the phase under consideration, a temporary easement or other legal documentation to assure legal use of the property is required. Note recording information. 28) COMMENT: Provide the above information if this project is to be done in phases. 2-06.4.9.H - Proposed Traffic Circulation 2-06.4.9.H.2 - Show future and existing sight visibility triangles. On a designated MS&R street, the sight visibility triangles are based on the MS&R cross-section. 29) COMMENT: Provide the existing and furure SVT information for South Nogales Highway on the site plan. 2-06.4.9.H.3 - Indicate fire circulation, including accessibility and vehicle maneuverability. 30) COMMENT: See comments by the Fire Department. 2-06.4.9.H.4 - Indicate if existing streets are public or private; provide street names, widths, curbs, sidewalks, and utility locations, all fully dimensioned. 31) COMMENT: Provide all of the above information (2-06.4.9.H) on the site plan. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - If utilizing parking area access lanes (PAALs), they shall be designed in accordance with Section 7.4.6, Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria, of the UDC. 32) COMMENT: Provide parking and dimension the driveway and any PAAL. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Show all motor vehicle off-street parking spaces provided, fully dimensioned. As a note, provide calculations on the number of spaces required (include the ratio used) and the number provided, including the number of spaces required and provided for the physically disabled. The drawing should indicate parking space locations for the physically disabled. A typical parking space detail shall be provided for both standard parking spaces and those for the physically disabled. For information on parking requirements for the physically disabled, refer to adopted building and accessibility codes of the City of Tucson. Design criteria for parking spaces and access are located in Section 7.4.6, Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria, of the UDC. 33) COMMENT: Provide the required and provided parking calculations. Two vehicle parking spaces are required (UDC Section 7.4.4 Table7.4.4-1; Utilities Use Group). Provide all the above parking information and provide the drawings on the site plan (2-06.4.9.H.5.a). Also provide the details. See the Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria (UDC Section 7.4.6). 2-06.4.9.H.5.c - Show all loading zones, vehicle maneuverability fully dimensioned, and access route. Provide as a note the number of loading spaces required, the number provided, whether the loading space is a Type A or B as provided in UDC Section 7.5.4. 34) COMMENT: None required. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - Show bicycle parking facilities fully dimensioned. For specifics, refer to Section 7.4.9, Bicycle Parking Design Criteria, of the UDC. Provide, as a note, calculations for short and long term bicycle spaces required and provided. 35) COMMENT: None required. 2-06.4.9.H.6 - If the project is phased, the phase under consideration shall be designed so those later phases are assured legal access. If such access is provided through the phase under consideration, public streets are required, or access easements must be delineated and dedicated for such use. If private easements are utilized, protective covenants establishing the right of access, maintenance and incorporation of future phases into this project are required. 36) COMMENT: If the project is phased see above (2-06.4.9.H.6). 2-06.4.9.L - All proposed easements (utility, sewer, drainage, access, etc.) are to be dimensioned and labeled as to their purposes and whether they will be public or private. The easements may have to be recorded and the recordation information added to the development package prior to approval. 37) COMMENT: Delineate and dimension, with all of the above information, any proposed easements on the site plan. 2-06.4.9.M - Grading Plan 38) COMMENT: See Engineering comments for grading plans. 2-06.4.9.M.1 - A conceptual grading plan is required on projects with significant topographic conditions. The PDSD Engineering Administrator or designee will determine the need for such a plan. 39) COMMENT: See Engineering comments for grading plans. 2-06.4.9.P - The following Pima County Wastewater Management information will be indicated on the development package documents. 40) COMMENT: See comments by Pima County Wastewater Management. 2-06.4.9.Q - Provide the square footage and the height of each commercial, industrial, or business structure and the specific use proposed within the footprint of the building(s). 41) COMMENT: Provide the square footage, height and use for each building as described above (2-06.4.9.Q). 2-06.4.9.W - Indicate the locations and types of proposed signs (wall, free-standing, pedestal) to assure there are no conflicts with other requirements and that minimal locational requirements can be met. Indicate if there are any existing billboards on site. Compliance to the Sign Code, Chapter 3 of the Tucson Code, is required. 42) COMMENT: Provide signage information on the site plan as described above (2-06.4.9.W). 2-06.4.9.X - Show compliance with landscaping and screening requirements by locations, material descriptions, and dimensions. Specific plant or hardscape material shall be detailed on a landscape plan. A detailed landscape plan is required. UTILITIES USE GROUP A. Distribution System 1. The setback of the facility, including walls or equipment, shall be 20 feet from any adjacent residential zone. 5. The use shall not have any service or storage yards. 9. The use shall be located wholly within an enclosedbuilding or within an area enclosed on all sides with a masonry wall or compact evergreen hedge, not less than six feet, nor more than ten feet, in height. 5.6.11. AIRPORT HAZARD DISTRICTS FOR TIA AND DMAFB ENVIRONS No structure, use of land, or tree may exceed the height limitations by the Airport Hazard Districts within the Airport Environs Zone (AEZ). Refer to official maps established. Certain uses are prohibited from these districts as noted below and as determined by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). A.
