Previous temporary use permitting has occurred for this parking area; this project proposes final grading and paving improvements for parking. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 8 conditions apply to permit DP14-0016: 1) Call for Pre-construction meeting, intermediate and final inspections. 2) This plan acts as the Grading Plan for reconstructed parking lot in the center of the hospital campus. 3) Temporary erosion/stormwater controls may be used at entrance to existing pipe and be field adjusted with discussions with Contractor and Engineer of record and Inspector as necessary. 4) There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved disturbance/grading limits. 5) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review.
