They lead to no where until Phase 2 is built so include them in phase 2 and provide a 6" curb for phase 1. 5. Note 5 referenced at the last two marked crossings in phase one does not appear to fit. ACTIVITY NUMBER: DP13-0244 SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the Development Package which includes grading and recommends denial until the comments are addressed. BASE LAYER SHEET COMMENTS: 1) Technical Manual Section (Tech Man Sec.) 2-01: Address the following grading comments: a) Provide additional typical cross sections along south boundary to show grading information including elevations for rear drainage imrpovemnts. 2) City of Tucson Administrative Manual Section (Admin Man Sec.) 2-06.4: Address the following comments regarding format: a) Assure sheets are numbered sequentially for all sheets (including SWPP and any required landscaping sheets) in Development Package. b) Remove City of Tucson signature line and replace with Development Package approval stamp. Add approval box to each sheet: http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/cdrc-rezoning/cdrd-stamp c) In previous discussions, phasing was proposed. Using labeling and notes, clarify intent. If separate phases are requested, there may be a need to clarify on Development Plan and issue a grading permit for each phase so that the phased can be completed and finaled separately. Provide clarification in response letter. 3) Admin Man Sec 2-06.4.7: Address the following general note comments: a) Review all notes to make sure proper reference is provided. For example there are notes referring to Pima County grading ordinance; the City of Tucson grading regulations are found under Technical Manual Standards Section 2-01. b) Add total disturbance area in square footage on cover sheet. 4) Admin Man Sec.2-06.2.4: Please submit a copy of the stamped approved Development Plan (DP12-0059) in next submittal so that the layout can be confirmed to match the proposed grading design. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Submit revised development package, copy of stamped approved Development Package (for development/site plan), copy of geotech report, diskette with drainage report (and other plans/documents), and a response letter.
