06/03/2014 PGEHLEN1 ENV SVCS REVIEW Reqs Change The resubmittal has been reviewed on behalf of ESD and is conditionally approved pending the following revisions:

1. The enclosure must be constructed per the minimum requirements as shown in Figure 3B in TSM Section 8. Either delete the conflicting call outs on the enclosure detail shown on Sheet C2 and add that the enclosure and apron will be constructed per Figure 3B, or add the appropriate notes. The concrete slab and apron/ramp require reinforcing rebar per the detail. The doors must be constructed of at least 1/8” thick steel, and the hinges must be per the details.
