There also was a requirement provide a 3' high screen hedge or fence along the street frontage adjacent to any parking lot.


2) Clarify the conditions for the curb cut and driveway along 1st Ave. There was a plan approved for the curb cut and the existing landscape area between the 2 drives. Revise the site plan demonstrate that the driveway does not exceed the maximum width TCC Ch 25 Art. 1, Sec 25-39
