1) The current layout of the Non-Motorized Trail easement on the tentative plat necessitates that the trail crossing of Rincon Knolls Loop be constructed in a location which will interfere with the operation of the residential access gate if the subdivision is to be a private gated community. A solution that will slightly expand the trail easement to allow a trail crossing east of the subdivision gate has been discussed with the WLB Group and this modification will need to be shown on the next plan submittal.

2) The word "public" needs to be added to the trail easement description on the plat, ie: "Public Non-motorized Recreational Trail Easement".

3) The trail easement needs to be shown crossing Rincon Knolls Loop in order to accommodate future construction and maintenance of the public trail crossing improvements.
