SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the development package, and does not recommend approval until the following comments are addressed.

MASTER COVER SHEETS/ GENERAL NOTES/GRADING SHEET COMMENTS:
1) Admin Man Sec.2-06.3.5: Add Development Package stamp to all sheets. http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/sites/default/files/dsd/CDRC/dvpkg_stamp_10-11.jpeg
2) Admin Man Sec.4.9.S: See redline comments. Return redlines with resubmittal.
3) Tech Man Sec.4-04.9.3: Provide geotechnical supporting documentation for north slope - rear lot walls appear to abut slope that is adjacent to north swale. Verify setback.
4) Admin Man Sec.4.9.N.1: Provide WSEL's along north channel and within basin limits. Add WSEL data to both plan view and cross sections on sheet 4.
5) Tech Man Sec.4-04: Provide velocity in north channel / explain why erosion protection is not provided. Also identify Q100 within north channel.
6) Tech Man Sec.4-04: Provide at minimum one 15-ft wide maintenance access ramp that may be used concurrently with other access ramps. Also identify material for stabilization for each ramp.
7) Tech Man Sec.4-03.4.3: Provide computation and clarification of Cedar Creek Street capacity assuming full imperviousness cover for Block A.
8) Tech Man Sec.2-01.9: Label Grading limits on cross section details on sheet 4.
9) Tech Man Sec.4-03.3.3.4: Provide unattenuated flow condition erosion protection along basin 'entrance' area of constructed slopes.
