03/22/2016 PGEHLEN1 COT NON-DSD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Approved Trish,

The City of Tucson - Environmental Services Department (ES) has completed our review of the Development Package Application materials for the Watershed Management Group, Living Lab and Learning Center. The address of the subject site is 1137 N. Dodge Boulevard in Tucson.

Waste stream calculations show that 62 gallons of refuse and recycling materials will be generated each week. Ninety gallon automated plastic containers (APCs) are approved for use for on-site storage for refuse and recycling materials. The APCs shall be rolled to the back of the curb along N. Dodge Boulevard for pick up once per week. The City of Tucson and private waste collection companies have adequate access to the Living Lab and Learning Center from N. Dodge Boulevard and there are no concerns regarding site access for waste removal. The proposed enclosure for the APCs is also approved by ES for this site.

Please contact me if there are any questions concerning this review.
