2. Please add an accessible passenger loading zone as per ICC A117.1, Section 403 which requires an 8'x20' vehicle pull space outside the 24' wide PAAL and a 5'x20' aisle connected to an accessible route. Slope side walk down to be flush with asphalt for a distance of 20' and then slope back up to curb height.
3. As per the 2012 IBC, Section 1104.1, the new pedestrian route to Camilia must be accessible. Provide detectable warning strips at both ends of all the marked crossings from Camilia as per 2009 ICC A117.1, Sections 3406.12, 13 and 14 as applicable.
4. Reference suggested changes to accessible routes and marked crossings for a simpler and efficient route as shown on sketch overlay on drawing, suggested only.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) & Technical Standards Manual (TSM) were addressed.

1. This site was reviewed for full code compliance for the entire site.

The following comments are based on the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06.0. Development package review comments;

1. This comment has not been addressed. A.M. 2-06.4.9.E As this project is comprised of four (4) parcels, 122-17-276E, 122-17-278B, 122-17-283C & 122-17-2820 a lot combination is required. Provide a copy of the approved Pima County Combo Request form with the next submittal.

2. A.M. 2-06.4.9.H.d Keynote 20 shows "DETAIL G, SHEET 3" there is no detail G on sheet 3.

3. A.M. 2-06.4.9.H.d Provide the 4 foot clear dimension between racks on detail G sheet 4, see UDC Figure 7.4.9-C.

4. A.M. 2-06.4.9.R Per TSM 7-01.4.1.A Provide a dimension between bicycle parking spaces, see redline detail G sheet 4, as this is a required sidewalk connection from the eastern most building to Camilla Blvd.
