Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is 05/28/2014. 2. As of January 2, 2013 The City of Tucson adopted the Unified Development Code (UDC) with the Administrative Manual (AM) and the Technical Standards replacing the LUC and Development Standards. Revise this plan to reflect the changes in the codes. See AM 2-06 for content required. 3. AM 2-06.4.3 In the relevant case numbers the correct previous development plan number indicated as D09-00118 should be D09-0018. Provide case number T12CM01532 (for carport covers) and the assigned case number DP13-0098 near the lower right corner of all sheets. Provide the location of the previously approved carports on the plan. 4. AM 2-06.4.7.A.4 In the permitting note number 3 revise the subject to sections as follows: subject to: 4.9.3.D and 4.9.13.K 5. AM 2-06.4.7.A.8.b Floor Area Ratios are not required per the UDC. Remove from plans. UDC does not have a development designator nor perimeter yard indicator (See UDC Table 6.3-3.A for setbacks), Remove from plans. 6. AM 2-06.4.9.H.5 Dimension the width of the PAAL behind the western most handicap parking spaces. Minimum 24'. 7. AM 2-06.4.9.H.5.a Remove the LUC reference from the parking calculations on sheet 1 of 9. Provide a dimension for the wheel stop locations. Minimum of 2'-6" from the front of the parking space. 8. AM 2-06.4.9.H.5.c Per UDC Table 7.5.5-A the number of required loading zones is zero (0). Revise the number of required loading zones and remove the LUC references. 9. AM 2-06.4.9.H.5.d Per UDC Table 7.4.8-1 the required number of short term bicycle parking spaces is 1 space per 20 students. Revise and rename the indicated number of required (class 2 spaces) to the correct number and name (short term bicycle parking spaces) Remove the LUC references. The number of required long term bicycle parking spaces will not apply as there is no change in the number of students or the number of employees from the last approved development plan. 10. AM 2-06.4.9.Q Provide on the foot print of the building on 6 of 9 the overall dimensions of the addition as well as the height of the proposed addition.
