DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) & Technical Standards Manual (TSM) were addressed.

The zoning section conditionally approves this development package subject to the following conditions;

1. A.M. 2-06.4.8.B Provide the recordation information for all easements shown as proposed or to be abandoned on the plan. As the recordation information is not available at the time of approval of this development package Zoning will approved the development package but will put a hold on the building certificate of occupancy or letter of completion for T13CM03535.
