DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) & Technical Standards Manual (TSM) were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the development package for this project and has not objection.

2. Zoning cannot approve the development package until the historic review is complete and the required 14 review period has been completed. Historic will need to stamp the development package prior to Zoning approval.

3. Once the above comments are addressed Zoning is willing to provide and over-the-counter review. Please call or email to schedule an appointment for this review.
