While the grading plan is consistent with the approved DP package zoning cannot approve the revised grading plan at this time. 2.The approved DP site plan depicts eight Accessible parking spaces in front of the Sales Building and the grading plan depicts six. Add the two additional accessible parking spaces to match the DP site sheet. 3. Zoning will review the revised grading plans on the next submittal and compare them to the approved revised DP site sheets for consistency. (The zoning comments are minor and zoning is willing to review the revised grading plan sheets over the counter once the changes have been made.) |
