DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) & Technical Standards Manual (TSM) were addressed.

1. The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development package for this project subject to the following documentation being supplied to the CDRC office.

2. As this site is comprised of two (2) parcels and an abandonment of an alley way a lot combination is required. Provide a copy of the approved Pima County Combo Request form. Zoning will not approve any building plans for building that cross over the existing alley and/or existing property lines until this combo is complete.
