1. The Zoning Review Section approves the tentative plat / site plan development package for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed tentative plat /site plan development package. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised tentative plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2. On the cover sheet, specifically Tentative Plat Notes one (1), revise the typo word 'of' to "or" for the lots 10 -14. I don't believe the intent was to state the square footage of "X".

Previous Comment 8 - A.M. 2-06.4.9.B: Include along with the acreage, the square footage of each lot. Add the requested information to sheets 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.

In order to apply for electric service, call the New Construction Department at (520) 918-8300. Submit a final set of plans including approved site, electrical load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans, if available include a CD with the AutoCAD version of the plans.
