Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the AsBuilts Development Plan Package at this time. The following items need to be addressed: ASBUILT PLANS: 1) Revise the development plan package with an "Asbuilt" keynote to label the new bollards that have been installed at the patient drop off area at the main entrance to the new building. Per field inspection there have been bollards added to provide for vehicular separation at this point and they need to be clearly shown. 2) Revise the development plan package with an "Asbuilt" keynote for the required handicap parking space located along the north side of the new building. Per the parking table on Sheet 1- 9 handicap spaces are required. Plan view shows a proposed 12; however per field inspection only 6 could be located on site. Either provide all 12 spaces as per the plan or revise the site plan and grading plan sheet to show the required 9 spaces per Zoning and the Parking Table. 3) Revise the development plan package and Detail 17/9 with an "Asbuilt" keynote for Water harvesting Basin A and the constructed side slopes, depth of basin, etc. Per field inspection the basin is deeper with great than 3:1 side slopes. It is acknowledged that the asbuilt grades on Sheet 13A reflect the correct basin depth, but the detail and plan view should also reflect what has been constructed onsite. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised AsBuilt Development Plan Package and new Certification Letter that addresses the comments above along with the 3 items that are currently on the Final Certification Letter.
