Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is November 26, 2013. Comments 2 and 3 are applicable until such time as the lot split application has been completed and the documentation provided to PDSD Zoning Reviewer. 2. DS 2-01.3.2.D - There is a lot split application that has been processed through PDSD but not completed. Once the lot split has been recorded there an address for the new lot must be applied for through Pima County Addressing. List the new address on the cover sheet of the development package. 3. List next to the title block on all plan sheets, the lot split case number. (Previous Comment 4) DS 2-01.3.9.E - AS has been mentioned in comment #2, a lot split application has been processed through PDSD but not completed. Zoning cannot approve the Development package until the recordation of the lot split has been done and the documentation presented to PDSD Zoning Review and the Lot split Application closed out. Also a copy of the address certificate must be provided at the time of presenting the lot split documentation. 4. The zoning comments are related to items that can be completed and reviewed by the Zoning Reviewer at the counter with and appointment, once the lot split documentation and address certificate is available for submittal or for over the counter review.
