Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the Development Plan Package at this time. This review falls under Development Standard 2-01. The following items need to be addressed: GEOTECHNICAL REPORT: 1) DS Sec.10-01.3.5.1.3.a: Per the geotechnical addendum dated 23FEB13 provide the new percolation rates for the proposed engineered basin bottom within the detention/retention basin to verify that the drain down time meets the maximum per DS Sec.10-01.3.5.1.3.a. The addendum states that the geotechnical engineer is in the process of performing additional on-site testing of the underlying soils to provide better verification of the actual rates of infiltration due to the engineered basin floor, report should include a safety factor. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide the geotechnical addendum information requested above for Development Plan Package review and approval. For expedite purposes the Development Plan Package can be reviewed over the counter (PDSD Engineering Division comment only) for stamp approval once the supplemental information is provided.
