COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Zoning conditionally approves the development package subject to the following changes that must be made.

2. On sheet DP-1, revise the legend to clearly depict the symbol used for the easements and Refuse Truck Route (RTR). The lines symbol used for the easements on sheet DP-1 are depicted with a double dashed line. The legend only indicates one dashed line. The legend indicates two dashed lines for the RTR but on DP-1 the lines are solid. I acknowledge that the RTR on sheet DP-4 is depicted with two dashed lines. It is still confusing when using the legend to decipher what is what. Revise as requested by using different types of lines for these two items.
