The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.8.B Provide the recordation information for all existing easement shown to be abandoned on the plan. A hold will be put on the building certificate of occupancy, T13CM00547, until the recordation information is provided. 3. There appears to be architectural features proposed within the right-of-way (ROW). These features will need to be approved by the Department of Transportation and any required permits, licenses or easements will need to be obtained.
