The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0: 1. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b Revise the "FAR" calculation to reflect the most restrictive of the allowed FARs. Based on development designator "30" the most restrictive allowed FAR is 0.75 2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.O Per LUC Section 3.2.6.5.Bm Table 3.2.6.I Footnote 2 The setback is measured from the back of existing curb or future curb location. That said revise all street perimeter yard setback measurement references "Face of future Right of Way curb" to read "Back of future Right of Way curb". 3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.O The 21' street perimeter yard setback shown from the proposed kiosk east to the face of future curb along Wilmot Road does not meet the minimum street perimeter yard.
