Development Package TRANSMITTAL DATE: 10/23/12 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Per the last approved site plan that was found in records, there appears to be 3 additional additions that have been made to building "B". All 3 appear to be under the porch along the west side of the building. Provide documentation indicating that these enclosures have been permitted or include the additions in this submittal. A copy of the last approved plan is in the submittal package for your review. 2. Provide the use of this project as per LUC Sec. 2.4.3.2.A.1, "Administrative and Professional Office "30" 3. Provide expansion calculations for the entire site using both buildings. The last approved site plan indicated a total floor area of 8800 sq.ft. This is the base for the expansion calculation. 4. Provide Floor Area Ratio calculations for the entire site. 5. Regarding short term bicycle parking spaces see LUC Sec. 3.3.9.3.B for the location, visibility, being required at both buildings, within 50' of entrances, etc. 6. Per the 2012 aerial photo the handicap parking spaces and access aisles do not appear to be indicated on the plan correctly. Clearly indicate the location of each handicap parking space and access aisle.
