Provide a copy of the approved Pima County Combination form with your next submittal. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.a The provided vehicle parking calculation is not correct. Per LUC Section 3.3.4.2, RETAIL TRADE USE GROUP, Vehicle Sales, the required vehicle parking is based on 1 space per 400 sq. ft. GFA of show room, retail, and office area, plus 1 space per 10,000 sq. ft. of gross lot area, plus 1 space per 300 sq. ft. GFA of Automotive and Vehicle Repair use. The provided vehicle parking space calculation does not include the additional lot area. Based on a gross lot area of 355,731.29/10,000 = 36 required spaces not the 17 shown in the provided vehicle parking space calculation. Revise the calculation and delineate the additional 19 required vehicle parking spaces on the plan.
