DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0:

1. D.S. 2-01.3.8.B Your revision letter talks about the electrical easement to be abandoned, and it is also shown on detail "L" sheet C4. If this easement exists show it on the plan and indicate it is to be abandoned per sequence #______________.

2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.A The lot line line weights within the revised area do not match the other lot lines on sheets C1, C2, C3 & C5.

3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.C Sheet C1 southeast corner still shows "COMMON AREA "A"" located along the south border.

4. D.S. 2-01.3.9.O Detail "L" sheet C4 shows "15' OHE LINE BLDG. SETBACK", per your revision letter should this not be deleted?

5. Sheet C2 near the southeast corner of the site Keynote 6, block wall, is pointing at what appears to a setback line. Clarify.

1. Clarify the lot lines in the revised parts of the plans. The line weights should match the line weights on the rest of the drawing.
2. Clarify the common area location. The revision letter indicates that the southern portion of the common area is to be eliminated. Please remove the label in that area.
3. Per the revision letter, clarify the utility easements as they will be permanently recorded.

Fire hydrants shall be located that no point of a structure is further than 400 feet from a hydrant measured from an approved route around the building. Fire Hydrant locations will be determined at time of submittal to Tucson Water for improvements.
