Provide the recordation information for the proposed easement on the plan. D.S. 2-01.3.9.R A sidewalk, pedestrian circulation/accessible route, must be maintained from the existing self storage to Tanque Verde Road. If this sidewalk connection runs outside of the existing access easement a new access easement will be required. Address the following comments before review can continue. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the Drainage Report and on the Development Package where the revisions were made: As-Built Grading Plan: 1. Submit a revision letter or a certification letter by the Engineer of Record (EOR). If there are changes to the approved plan, a development package check list may be used to detail which review agencies need to see the revised plans. 2. Remove the "PRELIMINARY NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" stamp off the As-Built Plans. 3. Provide the recordation information for the proposed 5' pedestrian easement, which provides access to the self storage facility. 4. Provide documentation to verify that the "Perpetual Easement Agreement" includes the new bridge over Fahringer Wash. If it does not, submit the proper documents that include the recorded bridge easement. 5. It appears that the proposed screen wall between Walgreens and the property to the west has not been completed. Complete the construction of the wall before the next submittal.
