DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0:

1. D.S. 2-01.3.3 Provide the development package number, DP12-0135 adjacent to the title block on each sheet.

2. D.S. 2-01.3.3 Provide any relevant case numbers, MDR, adjacent to the title block on each sheet.

3. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.1 Remove the "H" from "ZONING AND LAND USE NOTE" #1 as this property is not historic designated.

4. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.6.b "ZONING AND LAND USE NOTE" #7 remove the references to Davis Monthan and Zoning History from the note as they are not applicable.

5. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.6.b "ZONING AND LAND USE NOTE" #7 provide the LUC Sections for all applicable overlay zones.

6. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b "ZONING AND LAND USE NOTE" #10 remove the reference to "LOT COVERAGE" as it is not applicable and provide a Floor Area Ration (FAR) calculation the meets the requirements of LUC Section 3.2.11.

7. D.S. 2-01.3.8.A Provide site boundary perimeter information, including bearing in degrees, minutes, and seconds, for all sides of the parcel.

8. D.S. 2-01.3.9.F Remove the "H" from the "HC-3" zoning shown on the site plan

9. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.a Provide a vehicle parking space calculation on the plan. Until provided comments for the MDR cannot be provided or verified.
10. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Provide a bicycle parking space calculation on the plan. Until provided comments for the MDR cannot be provided or verified.
