I believe this project will require a PIA due to the fact that it is installing new curb and walk. 2. Private irrigation mainline, Remote control valves can not be placed in ROW. 3. All plants in ROW must be on the approved plant list. Plants with thorns should be limited to non-ped areas. 4. Planters in ROW must be set back off the curb a min. of 18" from face of curb. The height of planter and plant materials must not be heigher that 30" in SVT. 5. Please add the attached standard notes for planting in ROW. (this may change if PIA is required) 6. I did not have a complete set of drawings so I do not know if there is street parking in this area. Parking here will prevent you from using planters. Please clarify. (No ped access) 7. Please clearly identify which details are for pavers in ROW. Details not complete. (identify subgrade and spec) 8. We are currently working on development of Standard Streetscpe furniture. Would like for this project to match with new criteria. Gary |
