D.S. 2-01.3.4.C Identify the section corners on the location map. Provide a location map that meets the requirements of D.S. 2-01.3.4. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9 Remove ZONING AND LAND USE NOTE #7 as lot coverage is not applicable under development designator "36" 3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.F All existing zoning classifications on and adjacent to the project (including across any adjacent right-of-way) shall be indicated on the drawing with zoning boundaries clearly defined. Provide the zoning information for the parcels to the south of Congress. 4. D.S. 2-01.3.9.O The proposed addition does appear to meet street perimeter yard setbacks for either Congress Street or Scott Avenue. As Congress Street is shown on the COT Major Street and routes plan the required street perimeter yard setback is 21' or the height of the structure measured to the back of curb. 5. D.S. 2-01.3.9.Q Provide the height of the proposed addtion within the footprint of the building(s). 6. Historic and Design Review Board (DRB) review and approval required prior to approval of the development package.
