Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Development Package: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DP. 2. Per the redlines included in the previous review, the new 6' sidewalk along 1st Avenue shall be constructed adjacent (back of curb) to the existing curb per TDOT. If the curb remains as shown now, half in the R/W and half on private property, then a public pedestrian easement for the portion of the sidewalk on private will be required. Also at the scale the plan is drawn it is difficult understand what is being proposed in the area of the sidewalk. Perhaps a detail as shown on the landscape plans is warranted. 3. Per the redlines included in the previous review, site plan keynote no. 28 was supposed to be corrected. Extruded curb is not allowed in the R/W and the new curb shall be called out using COT standard detail numbers, i.e.: COT SD 209, Type I, (if applicable). 4.
