D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5 At the north end of the paved vehicle use area, north of the proposed trash enclosure, demonstrate how the requirements of LUC Section 3.3.6.8.A are met or clarify what type of dust control will be used for this area. A permit will be required for the "FUTURE MODULAR BUILDING" shown on the plan. This building can be dealt with in one of two ways; a. Remove the building from the plan and revise the development package when applying for the required permit. The following comments will need to be addressed at that time b. Show the building on the plan and address the following comments. 1. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.a As a general note provide the floor area for all buildings on site, existing and proposed. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b As a general note provide a Floor Area Ratio calculation (FAR) for the entire site. The calculation should provide the allowed and proposed Floor Area (FA), see LUC Section 3.2.11. 3. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.c As a general note provide a cumulative building expansion calculation for the entire site. 4. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Depending on the size of the proposed building Long-term bicycle parking may be required, see LUC Section 3.3.8.2.A.1. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Per LUC Section 3.3.8.2.B STORAGE USE GROUP Commercial Storage & Hazardous Material Storage Minimum Long-term bicycle parking requirement is 2 spaces. Provide a bicycle parking calculation on the plan the show the number required and number provided. 5. D.S. 2-01.3.9.Q Provide the square footage and the height of all existing and proposed structures and the specific use proposed within the footprint of the buildings. 6. D.S. 2-01.3.9.R Show on-site pedestrian circulation as required by the LUC utilizing location and the design criteria in Development Standard 2-08.0. 7.
